Terms of Service

We sell used, remanufactured, and new automotive parts and tires. Used parts are pre-owned and sold as-is except where a warranty is stated.

Stock and pricing can change without notice. We make every effort to keep listings accurate, but availability is confirmed at the time of order.

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless noted. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

A 1.8% credit card fee applies to payments made by credit card. It is calculated on the price of goods (it does not apply to the refundable core deposit on remanufactured units) and is shown as a separate line before you pay.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we confirm and/or ship. We may decline or cancel an order and issue a refund.

Fitment tools and vehicle data are provided to help you, but it is your responsibility to confirm a part fits your specific vehicle. Contact us if you're unsure before ordering.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for installation costs or indirect damages.
