Paying for your order
How to pay — and financing a repair
We are the parts side of the business. Parts are paid for by card, or on a trade account with net terms if you run a shop. Financing the labour on a repair is a different thing, and it runs through the repair shop at our address.
Paying by card
The part price we quote is firm. Taxes, shipping and the card fee are shown as their own lines before you pay, so you always see the total first.
- • A 1.8% credit card fee applies to credit card payments
- • Charged on the price of goods only
- • Never on the refundable core deposit on a reman unit
- • Shown as its own line, never folded into the part price
For shops & dealers — net terms
Repair shops, body shops, dealers and fleets: open a trade account for wholesale pricing and net payment terms (PO-friendly) — no per-order application.
- • Wholesale, tiered pricing
- • Net 30-style account terms
- • Purchase orders welcome
- • One monthly statement
Financing repair work
Eskimo Auto Repair is a separate company that shares our address at 12940 53 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5A 0B9. It does the diagnostics, the installs and the repair work; we supply the parts. The shop is setting up an application with AutoLogiQ so repair customers can pay for the work over time.
It is not open yet, so there is nothing to apply for here and no rate or term we can quote. When the account is live, the application will be on this page. Until then, call us about the parts and we will put you in touch with the shop for the labour.
Questions about paying
Can I pay for parts monthly?
Not today. Parts are paid for when you buy them — by card, or on a trade account if you hold one. If that changes, it will be on this page.
Is there a fee to pay by credit card?
Yes — a 1.8% credit card fee applies to credit card payments. It is calculated on the price of goods (not on the refundable core deposit on a remanufactured unit) and appears as its own line before you pay, so nothing is hidden.
I need to finance a repair, not a part.
Repair work is done by Eskimo Auto Repair — a separate company at this address. The shop is setting up an application with AutoLogiQ so repair customers can spread the cost of the work; it is not open yet. Call us in the meantime and we will point you to the shop.
I run a shop — can I get terms instead?
Yes. Trade customers use net account terms rather than a per-order application. Open a trade account and we will set up wholesale pricing and terms.
