A grey, formed-in-place gasket maker designed for the higher torque loads of engines with closely spaced bolt patterns; Permatex lists it as OEM specified by Nissan, Honda, Mazda and Kia. Parts are sealed on assembly and can go straight back into service, and it resists oil, ATF and coolant. Rated for continuous use from -60°C to 232°C (-75°F to 450°F); not for use as a head gasket or on parts in contact with fuels.

Treat rate
Apply a continuous 1/8″ to 1/4″ bead to one surface, surrounding all bolt holes. Assemble parts within five minutes, tightening bolts to recommended torque levels.
