A glycol-ether DOT 4 brake fluid for hydraulic brake and clutch systems in motor vehicles. It meets FMVSS No. 116 DOT 4, SAE J1704 and ISO 4925 Class 4, with a minimum dry boiling point of 260 °C and a minimum wet boiling point of 165 °C.
ATE DOT 4 SL brake fluid is a long-proven hydraulic fluid for motor vehicle hydraulic brake and clutch systems. It consists of a mixture of polyethylene glycol ethers, polyethylene glycols and boric acid esters of polyethylene glycol ethers with corrosion and ageing protection additives as well as further additives. ATE DOT 4 SL brake fluid meets and exceeds requirements of brake fluid standards such as FMVSS No. 116 – DOT 4, SAE J1704 and ISO 4925, Class 4.
